Common indications:
Correction of angular deformities on femur or tibia in the region of knee or ankle joint (varus, valgus, combined), whether congenital or acquired (developmental, traumatic, or post-infectious).
NOTE:
Mitkovic external fixator for gradual angular correction in lower limbs is applied using Schanz pins of 6 mm. Depending on the requirements, Schanz pins of 110-300 mm lengths are available, and custom lengths can be manufactured upon request.
